Djokovic gets off to successful start in Toronto

TORONTO - Serbia's Novak Djokovic, the current world number one in men's tennis, has got off to a successful start at the ATP Toronto Masters tournament after beating Gilles Muller of Luxembourg 7-5, 7-6 (7-3) in the second round Wednesday.

Djokovic won after 104 minutes of play and is now 3-0 head-to-head against Muller.

Djokovic will next face Radek Stepanek of the Czech Republic on Thursday.

The prize money in Toronto is 4,691,730 dollars.
