Gojkovic, Klympush-Tsintsadze urge broader cooperation

BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Maja Gojkovic and Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze, who is also minister of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, on Thursday said the two countries were open to cooperation as part of their traditionally good relations, adding that there was room to enhance the ties.

Gojkovic said the Serbian and the Ukrainian parliaments maintained cooperation under an agreement signed in 2010, the Serbian parliament's press office said in a statement.

Gojkovic briefed Klympush-Tsintsadze on the parliament's activities in Serbia's European integration pursuant to a resolution on its role in the process.
