Dacic to visit China on December 15

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic said Wednesday he had been invited to visit China on December 15 as a guest of his Chinese counterpart.

"Based on an agreement on cooperation between the two ministries, yesterday we received an invitation to visit Beijing on December 15. The invitation is important to establish a practice of having regular annual meetings with the foreign minister. To us, this is significant because of global politics and for positioning Serbia internationally," he told a press conference.

Dacic was scheduled to travel to Hamburg later in the day for an OSCE ministerial summit, which he will attend as a member of the OSCE Troika.
