9th Mikser Festival opens

BELGRADE - The 9th Mikser Festival, held under the slogan Migration, kicked off on Thursday evening in the former Zitomlin grain silos in Belgrade's Lower Dorcol district, bringing together many top names in architecture, design, urban development and planning, as well as experts in new technologies, committed artists and musicians from the region and around the world.

Opening the event, Creative Director Maja Lalic said 2017 had been a difficult year for Mikser Festival but that they had learned how to look on the bright side of things, and that they viewed the departure from the Savamala neighbourhood as a new beginning.
