Ji announces new Chinese investments in Serbia

BELGRADE - China's leadership will encourage Chinese companies to continue investing in Serbia, not only in traditional industry and infrastructure, but in advanced high technologies, Ji Bingxuan, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Chinese National People's Congress, said at a meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Friday.

This way, China wants to help Serbia's economic progress, a statement from President Vucic's General Secretariat quoted Ji as saying.
