Dacic: Regionalisation no substitute for EU membership

BELGRADE - Through the Berlin Process and joint projects, Serbia and countries in the region can accelerate their accession to the EU, says Serbian FM Ivica Dacic.

Serbia is among the countries that are not afraid of regionalisation, and it is trying to articulate its interests in the region, Dacic said.
