Vucic: More substantial motivation needed

BRUSSELS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said in Brussels on Friday he had "heard a very strong commitment" from European Council President Donald Tusk that Serbia would become an EU member state once it fulfilled its obligations.

Speaking at a joint press conference after a meeting with Tusk, Vucic said he was pleased with the discussions but that it had not been possible to hear a specific date.
