Bosnian Serb President in ‘Hate Speech’ Probe

The state prosecutor is investigating Milorad Dodik, leader of Bosnia’s Serb-dominated entity Republika Srpska, for saying that Bosniaks returning to their pre-war homes are ‘occupying’ eastern Bosnia.
