Moscow "used Kosovo to legitimize Crimea move"

Moscow, "striving to justify its intervention in the territory of Ukraine" has been using political narratives about "the so-called precedent of Kosovo."

This is assessed in an analysis of the Department of International Relations and European Integration at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, in Bucharest, Romania, that is quoted by the Beta agency on Thursday.
