Todoric statement potential challenge for Croatian authorities - experts

BELGRADE - In a statement released Friday, former Agrokor owner Ivica Todoric threw a gauntlet in the face of Croatian authorities.

Barring any turnarounds - or deals, to be more exact - he threatened to take a series of legal actions that would halt the enforcement of "Lex Agrokor" and plunge the troubled food concern, which accounted for 15 pct of Croatia's GDP, into a state of looming bankruptcy, experts on corporate and international law have told Tanjug.
