Two ISIL militants responsible for dozens of deaths may have been evacuated from Raqqa

Two militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) who are responsible for ordering many deadly attacks in Turkey may have been part of the group evacuated from Syria’s Raqqa as part of a deal between the U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the jihadist group.
