Plenkovic: All topics opened with Vucic

BRUSSELS - Croatian PM Andrej Plenkovic said in Brussels on Wednesday Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's visit to Zagreb had opened all topics and that a methodology for further dialogue had been agreed.

After meeting with Plenkovic, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker told a joint press conference the Western Balkan countries needed to solve open issues before joining the EU, noting that this required patience.
