Bosnia Hopes to Complete War Crimes Cases in 2023

Bosnia’s judicial overseer, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, has backed proposed changes to the national war crimes strategy to tackle delays in processing hundreds of cases and ensure they are completed within five years.
