Zuroff to Croatian President: Are you proud of Pavelic and Sakic?

The statement by Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitanovic during her visit to Argentina, that Croats after World War II welcomed freedom in that country, has provoked vicious reactions in both Croatia and the world, writes Serbian daily "Vecernje Novosti".

Efraim Zuroff, director of the Center Simon Wiesenthal, also reacted reminding that at that time the worst Ustasha criminals, such as Ante Pavelic, fled to Argentina in 1945.

On this occasion he sent a letter to the President Kitarovic, which was published on the portal 24sata.hr.

"Dear President Grabar-Kitarovic,
