The yellow code for snow and blizzards was announced on March 20, Tuesday for five districts in the northeastern part of the country. The warning applies to the districts of Rousse, Silistra, Razgrad, Targovishte and Shumen. Synopsis predicts snow in these areas, a moderate to strong west-northwest wind and blizzards.

Yellow code is also valid for the coastal zones of Dobrich and Varna. In the afternoon in these areas the wind will blow from west to northwest, sharply increasing to gusts of 20 m / s. In the evening, the wind will stop.

In the mountains, cloudy weather will predominate, in many places with snow, and for less than 1200 m with rain. Around noon , the rainfall will stop from south-southwest, and the clouds will tear. It will blow a strong, turbulent west-northwest wind. The maximum temperature at a height of 1200 m will be about 4 degrees, at 2000 m - about minus 2 degrees.

Over the Black Sea there will be considerable clouds, with rainfall. A moderate and temporarily strong northwest wind will blow. Maximum air temperatures will be between 7-13 degrees. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 bales. The sea water temperature is 6-7 degrees.
