Serbia Refuses to 'Congratulate' Macedonia Over Greek Deal

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said Belgrade had not 'congratulated' Macedonia or Greece over their historic agreement as there was 'nothing to congratulate' as yet.
