Serbia and Liberia to ink agriculture agreement

Serbian Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic met on Thursday in Belgrade with a Liberian delegation, and agreed to sign a special agreement on cooperation.

The agreement will deal with the transfer of Serbia's experiences and technologies in agriculture, as well as with the increase in exports of agro-food products from Serbia to the Liberian market, the Serbian government announced.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liberia Gbehzohngar Milton Findley, who led the delegation of his country, expressed gratitude to Nedimovic, adding that the goal of today's meeting was to agree on the details of a future agreement on cooperation in the field of agriculture between Serbia and Liberia.

Findley on Wednesday met with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic, to whom he handed a diplomatic note revoking his country's recognition of Kosovo.
