Lebanon to construct new terminal at Beirut airport
Lebanon will construct a $122 million terminal at Beirut's Rafik Hariri International Airport to be operated by a leading Irish airport company when it's completed in four years, officials said on March 20.
SKY express: Continues investments with new aircraft
In a few days, SKY express will strengthen its fleet with a new Airbus A320neo. The airline, which during the pandemic renewed its fleet with new aircraft and "opened" its activity abroad, is launching in 2023 the acquisition of two more A321 type aircraft.

Turkey to suspend flights to KRG as of Sept 29
Flights from Turkey to northern Iraq will be suspended as of Sept. 29, the Turkish Consulate in Arbil stated on Sept. 27, as Ankara continues to object to the recent independence referendum in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region (KRG).

Int'l carriers to halt flights to Iraqi Kurdistan after Baghdad move
A number of international carriers have announced they would halt flights to the Iraqi Kurdish region this week at the request of Baghdad, including Lebanese and Egyptian national carriers.
Turkish Airlines has announced its flights would continue for now, as any formal request was not delivered to the company yet from Iraqi authorities.
Turkish Airlines signs deal with Lebanon's MEA
Turkey's national flag carrier, Turkish Airlines, signed a new cooperation agreement with Lebanon's Middle East Airlines (MEA) on May 4.
During a ceremony at the Rafiq Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon Çağatay Erciyes said the deal would encourage more visitors from Turkey.

More than 15 applicants for Cyprus Airways
