Montenegrin Women to Rally Against Cuts
Women in Montenegro will stage a rally on Thursday demanding the government reverse its decision to reduce state aid for mothers of three and more children.
The government reduced financial help allocated to more than 22,000 women by 25 percent in January amid more general plans to slash public spending.
Mogherini to visit Belgrade next week
BRUSSELS - EU foreign policy and security chief Federica Mogherini will pay a working visit to Serbia next week, her office told Tanjug.
The visit will be a part of a March 1-4 tour of the Balkans, during which Mogherini will travel to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.

EUR 285 million from IPA funds for cross-border cooperation
A total of EUR 284 million from EU's IPA funds cross-border cooperation will become available to Serbia by 2020.
This concerns cooperation with Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Macedonia, Croatia and two transnational program of cooperation – the Danube program and the Adriatic-Ionian program.
Consultative Council on South Gas Corridor To Meet in Baku
The third meeting of the Consultative Council on the project South Gas Corridor will start in Baku on Thursday.
Representatives of the European Commission, Georgia, Turkey, Albania, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Croatia, Italy and Greece will discuss the prospects for transporting 10 billion cubic metres of Azerbaijani gas from the Caspian region to Europe.
Kosovo 'Lost No Land' in Montenegro Border Deal
The Commission for the Measurement of Territory issued a report on its findings on Tuesday, saying that land which the opposition has claimed was wrongly being given away in the border demarcation deal was genuinely part of Montenegro.
The commission said that the Cakorr and Belluha were part of Montenegro, not Kosovo, as the opposition has claimed.
