More Than 10 000 Dual Nationals Included in Electoral Rolls of Bulgaria's Kyustendil
More than 10 000 dual nationals of Bulgaria and Western Balkan states have been included into the electoral rolls in Kyustendil in the southwest of the country.
The foreign nationals' entries include their addresses in Kyustendil region, but they rarely show up to vote, according to the Bulgarian National Radio.

Vucic: We appreciate Markovic's first visit is to Serbia
BELGRADE - Montenegro is a partner and a friend of Serbia, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said Friday, expressing particular satisfaction that new Montenegrin PM Dusko Markovic had chosen Serbia as the destination of his first visit abroad.
"That means much to Serbia and we respect that decision exceptionally," Vucic said at the beginning of a meeting of the two countries' delegations.
Montenegrin PM: It's natural to visit Belgrade first
Montenegro is an important partner and a friend of Serbia, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday.
Vucic was addressing a joint news conference in Belgrade with his Montenegrin counterpart Dusko Markovic, who remarked that he chose Serbia for his first visit after taking office, referring to the decision as "natural."
