Dacic: Guyana was under tremendous pressure over Serbia's request for UNSC session

BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic said on Wednesday an urgent UNSC session on Kosovo-Metohija, scheduled for Thursday, would be one of the most significant political events at this time and an opportunity for Serbia's arguments to be heard.

ROME - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic said on Monday Serbia's request for an urgent UNSC session was due to the overall situation in Kosovo-Metohija, the terror against Serbs, an attempt to ban the Serbian dinar and violations of UNSCR 1244 and all other international documents related to Kosovo-Metohija.

Electoral commission assigns mandates to new Serbian MPs

BELGRADE - Serbia's national electoral commission adopted on Monday a decision assigning mandates to the members of Serbia's new parliament.

The commission's president Vladimir Dimitrijevic noted that it had on January 12 adopted a consolidated report on the results of the December 17 early parliamentary elections.
