Amidst mounting concerns over Bulgaria's delayed second payment under the Recovery and Resilience Plan, former Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov has squarely pointed the finger at the GERB party, alleging their obstructionism in advancing key legislation necessary for unlocking crucial funds.

The Greek government has announced that it will submit to Parliament a series of bills ahead of the general elections, whenever they are held.

The government in Bosnia’s Federation entity is supporting legislation to ban the segregated ‘two schools under one roof’ system, but there are doubts whether the entity parliament will pass the law.

President Klaus Iohannis has declared, on Wednesday, that within the consultations with the parliamentary parties and formations he has proposed a calendar regarding the election laws package, showing that they have agreed that a legislative solution in the case be passed until the end of the parliamentary session.

BELGRADE - The role of the civil sector in Serbia must be strengthened in order to increase the transparency of legislative procedures after the forming of the new government, it was stated on Tuesday at the media conference on experiences of the Visegrad Group.
