Agreement on cooperation between NDS and ISS

BELGRADE - The New Democratic Party (NDS) and the Industrial Trade Union of Serbia (ISS) signed on Wednesday the agreement on cooperation and support for the early elections due on Sunday.

According to a release issued by NDS, the political organisation gives strong support to the practical policy and ideas advocated by ISS and the principles they have in common focus on Serbia's industrialisation as the basis which should create the conditions for a better life of citizens.

We believe that Boris Tadic, as the pillar of the social-democratic idea and justice in Serbia, will be able to implement a part of our programmes, ISS President Dragan Mitic said and expressed the belief that NDS has the capacities and pesonnel capable of ensuring better living conditions for all people and employees.

Head of the NDS Electoral Staff Marko Djurisic said that together with the ISS and the support of all citizens, the party wants to break the vicious circle in which citizens are scraping for a living from one pay-check to another without a chance of planning their future.
