Longest tunnel on Corridor 10 to be completed March 2016

BELGRADE/ VLADICIN HAN - The longest tunnel on Corridor 10 through Serbia Manjale is being built near Vladicin Han, southern Serbia, and the completion of the works is expected in March 2016, Tanjug was told at Koridori Srbije company.

The tunnel is 18 kilometer long, and Bulgarian consortium Alliance X is engaged in its construction.

The works on the Manjale tunnel, which is located at the Corridor 10 south stretch Caricina Dolina-Vladicin Han, were launched in September 2013.

The works are financed by the European Investment Bank, and the construction costs are agreed at EUR 36.2 million.
