Dačić meets with Putin at reception in Sochi

SOCHI -- Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dačić on Sunday attended a reception in Sochi organized by Russian President Vladimir Putin to mark the end of the Winter Olympics.

Dačić "had a short conversation with the Russian president," said his office, and added that he "complimented him on the excellent organization of the Winter Olympics and on the great success of Russian athletes."

The two discussed Russian investments in Serbia and the current political situation.

Dačić also met Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, Bulgaria's prime minister, and the head of the International Olympic Committee, said the statement.
