LDP in "campaign marathon" ahead of election silence

BELGRADE -- The Liberal-Democrats have announced that they will use the last moments of the campaign to embark "on a big marathon across Serbia, Vojvodina, and Belgrade."

Party leader Čedomir Jovanović, said a statement from the LDP, "started his marathon across Vojvodina at dawn on Thursday, where he will visit ten towns in all its regions."

In Belgrade, LDP candidate for mayor Željko Ožegović is campaigning by meeting with voters "in all 17 of the city's municipalities," said the party, and added that its local branches in each municipalities have dedicated the day to the same purpose.

"Across Serbia, in Niš, Kragujevac, Užice, Čačak, Kraljevo, Bor, Negotin, Leskovac, Vranje, Kraljevo, in over 50 towns, city and municipal boards of the LDP are also visiting residents and confirming what has already been agreed - that it's time for a big job. And that's that," said the statement.
