UAE foreign minister to visit Serbia on Friday

BELGRADE - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan will visit Serbia on Friday where he will have separate meetings with Serbian top officials.

UAE foreign ministers will confer with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivan Mrkic.

Mrkic and bin Zayed al Nahyan should sign agreements on visa liberalisation for individuals holding diplomatic and official passports, air traffic and constitution of the mixed committee for cooperation.

The two countries recently signed the Agreement on the UAE loan to Serbia to the total value of USD 1 billion and Abu Dhabi officials stated that the loan would contribute to the improvement of the two countries' relations.
