Fest to welcome famous actor Franco Nero

BELGRADE - The 42nd International Film Festival Fest will welcome world renowned actor Franco Nero in Belgrade on March 8, the distribution company Tuck Vision has announced.

He will attend a premiere of "Dark Sea" (Mamula), the horror movie he is starring in, at Centre Sava at 10 p.m. on Saturday.

"Dark Sea" has been directed by Milan Todorovic, and besides Nero, the movie features Kristina Klebe, Dragan Micanovic, Natalie Burn, Miodrag Krstovic and Slobodan Stefanovic.

This is not the first time that Franco Nero plays in a movie shot in this area. He had a prominent role in the movie "Battle of Neretva" in 1969, and his role in the movie "The Falcon" (1981) was met with equal approval.

The movie will be on at Serbian cinemas as of April 10.
