Mali: We do not plan to sell Telekom Srbija

KOPAONIK – Sinisa Mali, economic adviser to Serbia’s first vice-president, said Wednesday that there are no reasons whatsoever, let alone plans to sell the public limited company Telekom Srbija at this moment.

“In the event of sale, Telekom shares would be traded on the stock market,” Mali told reporters at the 2014 Kopaonik Business Forum, recalling the fact that Telekom’s shares have already been distributed to the Serbian citizens.

Any possible privatization, which would involve selling the shares, would be done through the Belgrade Stock Exchange, Mali said.
