Serbia's tourism potential to be presented at Budva exchange

BUDVA - The National Tourism Organisation of Serbia (TOS) will give a comprehensive presentation of Serbia's tourism potential at the METUBES International Tourism Exchange, Tourism Fair, Equipment for Hotels and Catering in Budva on April 3-5.

The 30-square-metre booth will feature presentations of the tourism organisations of Belgrade, Vojvodina, Novi Sad, Mt. Zlatibor and Novi Sad-based tour operator Bon Voyage.

Visitors will be able to see everything that Serbian tourism has to offer, but the presentations will highlight city breaks, festivals, events and spa tourism, focusing on this year's theme, Serbian Lifestyle.

Montenegro is one of the priority markets, the TOS says.

A total of 67,658 Montenegrin tourists visited Serbia in 2013, five percent more than in 2012, generating four percent more overnight stays.

In the first two months of this year, 10,622 Montenegrin tourists visited Serbia - 12 percent more than in the same period of 2013 - generating 28,844 overnight stays, which is a 13-percent increase.
