Mrkic, Antonini talk about Mamberti's visit

BELGRADE - Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic and Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See in Belgrade Orlando Antonini talked in the Serbian capital on Tuesday about the forthcoming visit by Archbishop Dominique Mamberti, Secretary for Relations with States of the Holy See, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated.

They considered issues relating to bilateral relations, including final preparations for the signing of an agreement on cooperation in the domain of education between Serbia and the Holy See, the release notes.

The talks also addressed preparations for Mamberti's visit and the opening of a conference of bishops in Pancevo.

The bishops' conference has so far been held in Belgrade, and at the recent 30th international conference, bishops decided to move it to Pancevo.
