UN Security Council to hold session on Kosovo Tuesday

BELGRADE - The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will hold a session on Tuesday to discuss the latest report by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on the situation in Kosovo-Metohija, and the session will be addressed by Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic.

Nikolic stated earlier that he will call on the UN secretary-general to organize a donors' conference to help deal with devastating floods in Serbia, adding that he will appeal for the support of the Security Council.

During his visit to New York, the Serbian president will have a bilateral meeting with the UN secretary-general, reads a statement by the president's press office.
