Lajovic through to Roland Garros fourth round

PARIS - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic reached the fourth round of the Roland Garros tennis tournament on Saturday by beating Jack Sock of the United States 6-4, 7-5, 6-3.

Current world number 83 Lajovic, who is Serbia's second-highest ranking male tennis player, achieved a career-best win that is bound to hand him a higher ATP ranking next week.

In a bid to reach the quarter-finals, Lajovic will face the winner of Saturday's match between world number one Rafael Nadal of Spain and Leonardo Mayer of Argentina.
