Problems of Serbs in sex

Urologists estimate that between 30 and 50 percent of men in Serbia suffer from erectile dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction is the chief, most frequent and absolutely curable problem in men.

- Every day somebody with that problem comes to our clinic - Doctor Zoran Dzamic, Director of the Urology Clinic of the Clinical Center of Serbia says.

For decades, and probably for centuries that problem was a taboo. Even today it is described as a consequence of ‘manager stress’ and ‘purely organ dysfunction’. However the chief reason is the new, rapid style of life in which people are extremely burdened by all kinds of private-business problems.

- The problem of erectile dysfunction has to be treated multi-disciplinary. This involves opinion of urologist, endocrinologist, cardiologists if necessary but also a psychiatrist and psychotherapist – Doctor Dzamic says.

- The impotence may be caused by problems of psychological or organic nature. If organic, one has to consult an endocrinologist. The cause can also be in prostate – Doctor Dzamic says.

The most frequent organic cause is artherosclerosis as says by Doctor Miodrag Acimovic of the Urology Clinic of the Clinical Center of Serbia.

 

Women without orgasm

The most frequent problem in women is the so-called anorgasmia. According to foreign researches about 60 percent of young women have never had orgasm before the first pregnancy.
