Screening for chapter on information society begins

BRUSSELS - The screening Chapter 10 of the accession talks between the EU and Serbia, which refers to information society and the media, will be held in Brussels July 10-11, the Serbian Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications has stated.

Chapter 10 comprises three areas: electronic communications, information society and audio-visual policy. The Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications will be in charge of the team for the negotiations.

Besides officials of the ministry, the Serbian delegation will also include the head of the team for the accession talks and officials of the government office for EU integration, mission to Brussels, Ministry of Culture and Information, Interior Ministry, Defence Ministry, Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services and Republic Broadcasting Agency.
