Belgrade University awards honorary doctor of science titles

BELGRADE - Belgrade University awarded the honorary title of doctor of science to Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, the Belgrade University Senate released at its session on Wednesday.

The University also awarded the honorary doctor of science titles to professor Werner Sauer of Graz University, world famous endocrinologist professor Felipe Casanueva from Spain and professor Tetsuya Sato from Japan.

Honorary doctor of science titles are awarded for contributions to science, cooperation with faculties in Serbia and humanitarianism and assistance to the vulnerable in Serbia.
