Dacic meets with ambassador of Macedonia

BELGRADE – Serbia’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met with Macedonian Ambassador to Serbia Vera Jovanovska-Tipko on Tuesday to discuss the European integration process, cross-border cooperation and Serbia’s and Macedonia’s infrastructure projects.

They also discussed the possibility of holding a joint session of the two governments in Skopje, and also further steps needed to sign several agreements, including an agreement on economic cooperation, the Serbian Foreign Ministry said in a release.

Dacic and Jovanovska-Tipko said that bilateral relations between the two countries were very good.

Ambassador Jovanovska-Tipko conveyed the invitation from Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki to Minister Dacic to visit Macedonia in the fall, which has been accepted, the release said.
