Short film 'Soup Kitchen' to be screened at Berlin festival

BELGRADE - A short film by slam poet Sinisa Stojanovic Sinister and Dragana Nikolic 'Soup Kitchen', a production of citizens' association Poezin, will be screened at the Berlin film festival Brave New World on September 4.

The film by Serbian authors made it to the official 20-film selection, among 200 entries of various genres from all over the world. The festival features short films and videos focusing on fundamental political events and radical social changes in the modern society.

The festival Brave New World, organized by Institut fuer Alles Moegliche in Berlin, is named after the famous novel by Aldous Huxley.

'Soup Kitchen' will also take part in the international videoart festival CologneOFF X, a nomadic festival project that takes place in venues around the world, Poezin states in a release.
