Bogosavljevic in Moscow on larger export Serbian food

BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Snezana Boskovic-Bogosavljevic will meet with Russian Minister of Agriculture Nikolay Vasilyevich Fyodorov in Moscow on Thursday to discuss opportunities for increasing exports and placement of Serbian agricultural products to the Russian market.

Besides Minister Bogosavljevic-Boskovic, the Serbian delegation will also comprise Assistant Minister Milanka Davidovic, chief of the Agriculture Ministry’s cabinet Andrej Bojic, Director of the Plant Protection Directorate Nebojsa Milosavljevic, Veterinary Inspection chief Sanja Celebicanin, Adviser to the prime minister for agriculture Dragan Glamocic, President of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) Zeljko Sertic and Adviser at the PKS Board of International Economic Relations Dejan Delic.

The delegation from Serbia will be greeted by Russian Agriculture Minister Nikolay Vasilyevich Fyodorov, Adviser to the minister Sergey Beleckiy Olegovich, Head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance Dankvert Sergey Alexeevich, Director of the Ministry of Agriculture's International Cooperation Department Trefilov Denis Anatolyevich and head of the International Cooperation Department Europe and Asia section Cheremishyna Larisa Viktorovna.

Two weeks ago, Moscow announced a year-long ban on agricultural and food imports from countries which had imposed sanctions against Russia over the Ukrainian crisis.
