In the release, the University says that the public address by CAQA top officials and presentation of the parts of their analysis was damaging to the Megatrend University because it contributes to the impression that Megatrend has not fulfilled its obligations concerning the improvement of quality and removal of faults and is the only institution with has faults in operation.

The University officials also say that the quality control analysed certain issues that do not fall within the control period.
