"Ukraine deserves Western military support"

KIEV -- Ukraine's Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin says his country deserves military support from the West to combat militias of self-proclaimed people's republics.

"I believe it is logical to extend the technical and military assistance to Ukraine in its fight against terrorism, as was done in Iraq," said he, according to the news agency Itar-Tass.
