Undertaker nominated for Prix Europa film prize

BELGRADE - The Undertaker, a film by director and screenwriter Dragan Nikolic, has been nominated as the best European television documentary after featuring at thirty festivals to great acclaim, the producers announced.

After premiering at the Netherlands' IDFA festival last November, the film has been nominated as the best European television documentary by the expert committee of the Prix Europa festival, to be held on October 18-25 in Berlin.

The Undertaker is a coproduction by Prababa produkcija from Belgrade and ZDF/Arte (Germany/France), with support from the Serbian Ministry of Culture, the Serbian Film Centre and the Media Mundus and EAVE programmes in collaboration with the YLE (Finland), RTV SLO (Slovenia) and NRK (Norway) television companies.
