Mihajlovic, Dacic take up committee chairperson roles

BELGRADE - The Serbian government has appointed Transport Minister Zorana Mihajlovic as chairwoman of the Serbian part of the intergovernmental committee for trade and economic cooperation with the People's Republic of China.

During a meeting it held on Saturday, the government also appointed Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic as chairman of the Serbian part of the intergovernmental committee for trade, economic and scientific and technical cooperation with the Russian Federation.

Adopted were the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Macedonia on the mutual recognition of drivers licenses and the Bill on ratification of the agreement between the governments of Serbia and Croatia on cooperation in the protection against natural and other disasters, the government's media relations office said in a release on Saturday.
