ForMin Corlatean meets US-based Jewish organizations representatives in New York

Romanian Foreign Affairs Minister Titus Corlatean, in New York on Tuesday met representatives of the U.S.-based Jewish organizations - the American Jewish Committee, B'nai B'rith, the World Jewish Congress - on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to a foreign ministry release, the talks focused on the Romanian-U.S. relations, the Iranian file, the crisis in Iraq and Syria, the development of the anti-Semitic tendency in Europe, Romania's commitment to combating anti-Semitism, the property return and Romania's activity in the IHRA (International Holocaust and Remembrance Alliance).
