Ponta: Contract for Transport Master Plan not signed by incumbent Cabinet
Prime Minister Victor Ponta, the presidential hopeful of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) on Friday told a press conference in Oradea that the Transport Master Plan was not signed by the incumbent Cabinet, on the one hand and on the other that the U.S. company in charge of the master plan is the world's largest in this sector.
Victor Ponta made the remarks as a result of the statements made by the People's Party of the Hungarians in Transylvania (PPMT) presidential candidate, Zsolt Szilagyi, who has claimed more than once that the Transport Ministry's master plan on investments in road infrastructure was drawn up at political order, being "an attack against the infrastructure development of Transylvania."
