Foreign Ministry points out it acted legally in organizing ballot abroad

The Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) said in a press release to AGERPRES on Sunday night it has acted in accordance with the laws and the decisions of the Central Electoral Bureau (BEC) as regards the organization of the first round of the presidential election.

The document mentions MAE has no responsibility for the voting proceedings inside the polling stations.
