U.S. state department commends Serbia, Albania govt’s

WASHINGTON - The United States commends Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama on the first official visit by an Albanian prime minister to Belgrade in nearly 70 years, according to a statement from the U.S. Department of State.

"We welcome the mutual commitment these leaders have shown in opening a new chapter of friendship and cooperation between their two countries," Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said in the press statement on Wednesday.
