Dacic receives Slovenian ambassador in farewell visit

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic has received Slovenian Ambassador to Serbia Franc But in a farewell visit.

Dacic and But agreed on Thursday that the Serbian-Slovenian relations in the last two years have improved considerably, adding that there is readiness to continue to develop these relations to the mutual benefit, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a release.

The current bilateral ties are an example for the entire Western Balkan region, But said, noting that Slovenia will continue to offer constructive support to Serbia's EU integration pathway.

Dacic thanked But for good cooperation, and expressed belief that positive political dynamics of the bilateral relations will be continued, the statement reads.
