Greek, Tunisian olive oil production seen rising as output elsewhere slides

World olive oil production will fall to the lowest in 15 years in the season through September 2015 on plunging output in Spain and Italy, the biggest growers, the International Olive Council predicted on Tuesday.

However in Greece, the third-biggest olive oil producer, the volume is seen climbing to 300,000 tons from 131,900 tons, while Tunisia’s production may rebound to 260,000 tons from 70,000 tons, based on the forecast.
