Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI) State Secretary Raed Arafat has stated, on Monday, that three persons are missing, and another was rescued from the Emergency Mobile Resuscitation and Extrication Service (SMURD) helicopter that crashed on Monday in Siutghiol Lake near the seaside resort of Mamaia.

"Three persons are still missing. They are most probably trapped in the wreckage of the helicopter. A single person was rescued. Divers are on the scene — both divers from the Ministry of National Defence and from the MAI, from the firemen. Most probably the searches will continue. The more time passes the more chances drop. I will leave soon too (e.n. — to the crash site)", added Arafat, in a telephone intervention at private broadcaster B1TV.

According to him, the doctor rescued from the helicopter was transported to the Constanta County Hospital with an embolism. "The colleague under resuscitation has a pulse and is transported to the hospital", added Raed Arafat. AGERPRES
